About Maari

Maari is a limited license psychologist with a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology. She provides individual therapy and is passionate in working with adults with mental health conditions and/or personality disorders, as well as people with co-occurring substance use issues.

She has experience working with individuals in outpatient therapy and crisis programing, as well as coordinating with hospitals and the legal system. She specializes in working with people whom may be at risk of self harming behaviors, including substance use.

Maari uses evidenced-based practices to improve safety, maintain healthy relationships, and gain mood stability. Maari believes all of her clients have the ability and right to live a life of purpose and meaning in their own unique way, and emphasizes non-judgment and acceptance in her practice.
