We have an entirely new office suite that will now be dedicated to the treatment of infants, children, adolescents, and their families where play therapy and infant mental health intervention will be used, as well as other evidence-based practices. Preventative and early intervention is key to reducing long-term mental health concerns.

Jason is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a child and family therapist, he offers child and adolescent family therapy. He has experience working with children and adolescents in residential, school, and outpatient settings. He also has experience providing home based services for families and developing programming for children and adolescents. His passion is using evidence-based, culturally sensitive family interventions to reduce problem behaviors and drug use in adolescents and strengthen family bonds. He also works with families and client’s with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He strives to work collaboratively with individuals and families to provide practical, effective, trauma informed, problem-focused treatment. Additionally, he is committed to program implementation and oversight for therapeutic services at Integrative Health Consultants.

Christianna Lammers  MA, LPC

Christianna is a licensed professional counselor who is currently pursuing an endorsement in infant mental health and becoming a registered play therapist. With a background in social work and experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, she believes in providing a safe, compassionate, nurturing, and healing place where individuals are able to work through the challenges they may be facing with a renewed hope for the future. From a person-centered, strengths-based approach, Christianna believes in working together with her clients to create lasting growth and change. She is passionate about working with children and their families, and desires to assist her clients in finding healing from their pain.

Emily VanderPlas LMSW

Emily is a Licensed Master of Social Work with a passion for serving both children and families. Emily has over 6 years of experience working with children and families in the mental health and child welfare fields both in home-based and outpatient settings. With her diverse experience, Emily is able to tailor the therapy experience to fit individual needs by using a variety of evidence-based therapy methods including play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Emily is fluent in Spanish and English and has experience working with families in both languages. Using a client-centered approach, Emily believes in meeting families where they are in terms of the therapeutic process and in drawing upon inherent strengths to empower families and individuals. Additionally, Emily places a high priority on working together with her clients in order to establish a trusting and collaborative relationship focused on creating long-term healing.

Megan Coleman LMSW

Megan is a Licensed Master of Social Work.  As a child and family therapist, she offers child and adolescent individual, group, and family therapy. Megan has an integrative approach to therapy, using theoretical orientations including psychodynamic, behavioral, and family systems. Overall, she finds the therapeutic relationship the most important piece of therapy. With experience both as a teacher and later as a school-based outpatient therapist, Megan has experience working in the school setting to help improve the behavioral and mental well-being of children and youth. Megan is passionate about promoting social justice and empowering clients to make the changes they want in their lives.

Dr. Kelly Spegel-Russell PhD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist 

Dr. Kelly Spegel-Russell is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering individual, family, and group therapy and psychological testing. She earned a Ph.D. in School Psychology and has extensive experience in school settings including completing psychoeducational evaluations for students with suspected disabilities. Dr. Spegel-Russell has also served youth and their families in community mental health and residential treatment settings as well as individuals referred through the juvenile and adult court systems and Child Protective Services. Dr. Spegel-Russell utilizes an integrative approach to her work with clients, drawing from both the strengths of the individual and family as well as a variety of evidence-based practices.

Rachael is a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a child and family therapist, she is passionate about serving adolescents and their families by using evidence-based and culturally sensitive interventions to strengthen the family unit, improve communication, and reduce problem behaviors and substance use. Rachael is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which allows her to help children, adolescents, and their caregivers overcome trauma-related difficulties. She also has experience working with individuals who have been referred through juvenile and adult court systems, and Child Protective Services. Rachael seeks to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can work through their difficulties and find hope and healing.

Tiara Foster, MA, LLP, LPC

Tiara Foster is a Limited License Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor offering counseling and psychological services to individuals and families. Tiara has a passion for serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in providing services; which includes, conducting ASD screens and a more thorough assessment, as deemed appropriate, with the gold standard ASD diagnostic measures. Tiara also provides counseling services and when working with individuals and families, it is of utmost importance to build the therapeutic relationship/alliance and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit individual needs. In therapy, both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills are explored and individuals can learn and practice skills to manage and regulate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Individuals can also learn and practice behavioral skills; mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation that overall assist with improving relationship with self and others.
