Who We Are

Integrative Health Consultants (IHC) provides comprehensive mental health services grounded in evidence-based therapy for individuals across the lifespan—from birth through older adulthood. Our clinicians support individuals, couples, and families with compassionate, personalized care tailored to each stage of life.

IHC is a collaborative network of independently contracted clinicians, each operating their own practice as part of the IHC community. While each clinician brings their own specialization, approach, and style, we are united by shared standards of excellence, ethical care, and a commitment to high-quality, culturally- informed treatment. This model allows us to offer highly individualized services while maintaining the strength and connection of a trusted professional community.

What Sets Us Apart

Our team places a strong emphasis on collaboration across the interdisciplinary healthcare and integrative wellness community to develop treatment plans, monitor client progress, and provide direct emotional and behavioral health care to clients.

We believe in meeting both the mental and general health needs of our community. Our holistic perspective takes into account not just emotional, psychological, developmental, cultural, and social factors, but also the physical symptoms of disease and illness.

Our Mission

Integrative Health Consultants (IHC) advances a holistic approach to care that bridges physical, emotional, and spiritual health—delivering seamless, integrated mental health services within a broader continuum of care.

Grounded in collaboration, intentional relationship building, and community partnership, IHC works alongside the broader mental health and primary care systems to support individuals in their journey toward healing and wholeness. Through cultivating strong, intentional relationships with local health professionals and community agencies, IHC helps build a more connected and culturally responsive system of care by reducing gaps between services and improving access, coordination, and overall outcomes for clients.

Centered in the principles of restoration, belonging, and social responsibility, IHC prioritizes the voices, experiences, and needs of diverse communities. It fosters a model of care that not only supports healing at the individual level, but also acknowledges and responds to the broader social, cultural, and structural factors that impact well-being.
