About Hannah

"I am learning every day to allow the space between where I am and where I want to be to inspire me and not terrify me." — Tracee Ellis Ross

Hannah believes nobody is “too far gone” to experience life to the fullest. By identifying where you are and where you would like to be, Hannah works collaboratively with you to create a path toward reaching your goals. Whether you are processing and learning to manage life with anxiety, depression, grief, or something else, she takes an approach that encourages you to think deeply, dream big, and take steps toward growth.

Hannah utilizes empirically supported approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to guide the change process. She is a Limited Licensed Social Worker and graduated from Spring Arbor University. For seven years, she worked with individuals with special needs in an adult foster care setting, where she recognized the power of behavioral approaches to facilitate change. This experience sparked her desire to bring this knowledge into the counseling room before joining Integrative Health Consultants.
