Jessica Good, MS, LLP*
About Jessica
Jessica is a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) offering child, adolescent, and young adult therapy. She has experience working in a private practice therapy office providing evidence-based treatments to children, adolescents, young adults, and offers support to their families. She specializes evidence-based and culturally sensitive treatments for individuals with anxiety and related disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, and behavioral concerns. Additionally, Jessica is highly experienced in the treatment of Selective Mutism.
Jessica also has a background in research, including safe parent-child relationships, the development and impacts of anxious attachment, and primary care and its relation to the treatment of mental health. With this knowledge, Jessica is interested in combining an individual’s concerns and experiences with access to care to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan that best fits the needs of the individual and their family. Jessica takes a collaborative, person-centered therapeutic approach, and utilizes behavioral and cognitive strategies to analyze the individual’s environment to organize a treatment plan that is both practical and effective for families to engage even outside the therapeutic setting.
Jessica’s goal as a clinician is to help her patients increase their quality of life and lead more fulfilling lives without being confined to the rules that their anxiety gives them.
