Jonathan David, M.A., LLPC*
About Jonathan
Jonathan David, LLPC, is a therapist who works with adolescents (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, addiction, and concerns related to self-concept and purpose. He is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves and the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck.
Jonathan’s approach to therapy is both supportive and intentional. He works with clients to identify and better understand the patterns and narratives that shape their lives, while also helping them develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change. He takes an integrative and holistic approach, recognizing the connection between emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. Jonathan also utilizes EMDR to help process trauma and difficult past experiences that continue to impact the present.
He places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients feel grounded, supported, and understood. Jonathan works at each client’s pace, offering honesty and guidance while encouraging growth and increased self-awareness.
Outside of his clinical work, Jonathan is the Co-Founder of The Speakeasy Project, a clinical consulting and public speaking initiative focused on fostering meaningful conversations around mental health and personal development. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his mini goldendoodle, Jax, and working out!
