About Deja
Deja, is currently a Master’s level intern and a part of the IHC team. Deja is from Chicago, IL and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with her B.A In Psychology and minor in Health Communications. Deja has volunteered and been a part of many mental health and wellness groups from her community all the way to the Grand Rapids campus.
Deja desires to provide a safe and confidential environment for clients to unwind and be themselves, so they can discover their own path to healing and change. Her experience throughout the community and mental health helps her focus on creating and inspiring others to achieve a healthier mindset and achieve goals.
